OR Soft and SAP Best Practices Industry Packages

SAP Best Practices represent prepackaged business expertise in the form of methodology, documentation and reliable preconfiguration for SAP Business Suite (SAP® R/3®, SAP® ERP) solutions. They are delivered in a number of industry packages and cross-industry packages using a building block architecture and adaptable sample data models.SAP Services Partner

OR Soft Jaenicke GmbH, a SAP Special Expertise Partner for SAP® SCM/SAP APO and Chemicals, provides Add-on solutions to various components of the SAP Business Suite in the area of production logistics, planning and optimisation.

To take the best out of those Add-ons and to provide an easy approach to implement them, OR Soft works as a Development Partner for SAP Best Practices to provide preconfigured Add-on solutions that can be integrated and tested with some SAP Best Practices scenarios.

The Advanced Planning Board for SAP ERP provides a software add-on for detailed scheduling with the necessary SAP ERP plug-in and configuration in order to be able to get a full and dynamic overview over the supply chain (transparency of the production process) and to have enhanced functionality (scheduling and rescheduling of orders with different planning strategies) without additional infrastructure or data extension.

The Advanced Planning Board for SAP ERP supports the detailed production and execution scheduling (APS, MES) as well as the planning of the in-house supply chain. It can be used as a simplified user interface for the SAP ERP system with regard to production logistics. Additionally it can be used as a platform for individualisation of higher level functions.

The Advanced Planning Board for SAP ERP is a pre-configured standard version of SCHEDULE++, a product of OR Soft Jaenicke GmbH. A wide range of additional scheduling and simulation functions is available in other standard versions and extensions of SCHEDULE++. [more]

Die Erweiterte Plantafel für SAP ERP bietet ein Software Add-on zur Feinplanung mit dem erforderlichen SAP ERP Plug-in und einer Konfiguration, um einen vollständigen und dynamischen Überblick über die logistische Kette zu erhalten (Transparenz des Produktionsprozesses) und die erweitete Funktionalität (Ein- und Umplanen von Aufträgen mit verschiedenen Planungsstrategien) ohne zusätzliche Infrastruktur oder Datenerweiterungen verfügbar zu machen.

Die Erweiterte Plantafel unterstützt die Produktionsfeinplanung und die Planung der innerbetrieblichen logistischen Kette. Sie kann als vereinfachte Bedienoberfläche für das SAP ERP System für die Belange der Produktionslogistik eingesetzt werden. Weiter ist es möglich, sie als Individualisierungsplattform für höherwertige Funktionalitäten zu nutzen.
